Making a will is a simple yet important way to protect the future of your loved ones.  It's the only way to be certain that your money and personal belongings go to the people and causes you care about.

Many people wrongly assume that their house and possessions will automatically go to their spouse.  If your estate, including your home, is worth more than £250,000 this is not the case and, if you are not married, your partner may get nothing.  A will also includes provisions for the guardianship of children.

In the UK, 64% of parents and around a quarter of pensioners have yet to write a will.  Doing so brings security and peace of mind, not just to you, but to those you love.

Participating solicitors will be confirmed shortly and home visits can often be arranged.

There is a set, reduced fee of £60 for basic will writing, although more complex wills will be quoted on an individual basis by the solicitor involved.
