Join our Lottery
If you would like to support Compton Hospice on a regular basis by joining our lottery, please read the following information and complete the form below.
Each lottery entry costs £1 per week, therefore you will be entered into the draw for the corresponding number of weeks per pound received.
There are three ways you can play the weekly lottery:
By Standing Order
By choosing to pay by standing order or cheque/postal order, you will help to greatly reduce our administration costs, allowing more funds to go directly to patient care. If you pay by standing order, you will need to contact our lottery office if you need to change or cancel your payment.
By Cheque
All cheques should be made payable to Compton Hospice Promotions Ltd and sent to Compton Hospice Promotions Ltd, 39-41 School Street, Wolverhampton, WV1 4LR.
By Cash collection
We operate a cash collection service in most areas - if you want to pay by this method, please telephone the office on 01902 428623 to see if there is a collector in your area. The agent will call every four weeks to collect £4.00 from you.
Once you have completed the form, you need to print it and post it to:
Compton Hospice Promotions Ltd, 39-41 School Street, Wolverhampton, WV1 4LR.
Once received we will then process your application which takes approximately two to three weeks, after which you will receive notification of your unique five-digit personal number and your first draw date.
Winners’ cheques are forwarded automatically to the lucky members within seven days of the draw, so there is no need to claim any prizes.
