Looking sweet on the Edge of the seat

A bicycle made for two was the transport choice for a retired Codsall couple who tackled this year’s Carver Wolverhampton City Marathon.
For the second year running Marion and David Edge took to their tandem bicycle and used peddle power to complete annual race which took place on 7th September.
Marion, aged 65 and 66 year old David often get in the saddle for a cruise around the countryside, so the tandem was an obvious choice when deciding to raise money for the hospice.
Retired teacher Marion said the hospice was close to their hearts after staff there cared for their friend during the final days of his life.
Compton Hospice would like to thank David and Marion for raising £840 and also for their constant support in doing cycle events.
