Who Ate All The Pies?

What would one do if they won enough pasties, sausage rolls, cakes and sandwiches for twenty people?
Local company Ralph Martindale decided to donate theirs to the Day Unit at Compton Hospice, when they won just that. Keith Hill, an employee of the firm, entered 107.7 Wolf Radio’s ‘Wolf at Work’ competition to see if he could win a t-shirt, but was shocked when he received a phone call from morning crew Dicky and Ginger asking where they were to deliver the goodies, sponsored by Greggs the Bakers.
“I couldn’t believe my luck when they called, and I automatically decided that I would like to give the food away to someone who could benefit from it more. I thought it would be nice to give the patients at Compton a party on us” commented Keith (pictured top, back row second from left).
Employees from Ralph Martindale, accompanied by Ginger, delivered the food in person to the day unit, where they spent the morning making Christmas cards and mingling with the patients.
