Services Introduction
In December 2008, Compton Hospice was awarded the Wolverhampton Primary Care Trust's Silver Award for it's excellent standard in Infection Prevention and Control.
Staff at Compton Hospice are committed to providing the very best in palliative care to the people of the Black Country.
Services include respite and in-patient care, social workers, physiotherapy, day care, a dedicated lymphoedema unit, bereavement support, complementary therapies, spiritual support, home care nursing and hospice at home, all of which are available free-of-charge to a catchment area of 1.3 million people.

Our support can not only make real improvements to a patient’s quality of life, it is aimed at families as well, so they can make the most of their time together, have an input into the care of their loved one, and feel better prepared for the future.
Over the years, the hospice has expanded and evolved to serve the needs of a growing community, and the organisation continues to look at new ways of improving the service offered.
