Partnerships for mutual benefit

Many large companies in Britain have developed and implemented Corporate Social Responsibility programmes, benefiting the local communities in which they operate. These programmes are increasingly being linked to companies’ sales and marketing activity and also staff development programmes, resulting in mutually beneficial partnerships.

These partnerships have been shown to not only benefit the charity by generating a much needed injection of funds, but also the companies - increasing sales, building consumer loyalty and emotional attachment to the company and its products, and increasing staff loyalty and commitment to the company.

Compton Hospice would like to form ongoing partnerships with local companies and have an active involvement during their fundraising. We want to get the companies involved in our marketing and PR, give space on our website and maybe accompany its partners on their fundraising events. We can produce an updated newsletter on progress and include stories in our own corporate newsletter. Basically, we want to become part of a fundraising team.

The level of commitment is up to each company; we just want to help you get the most out of helping us. The key to any relationship is flexilbility, we want to be guided by you. Achieving this successfully enables both parties to obtain their goals, and also to have an exciting and rewarding time.
